Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening Interview

Holy crap VINNY (yes!!!) doing the interview, was not expecting that even though it's probably the only front-end GB member that finished the game.

I'm actually more excited to play this now. Didn't realise it was as expansive as that guy is making out.

don't see too many games with full fledged expansions anymore, brings back nostalgia.

i want this bad, and im actually feeling like playing through DA:O again, with a meleer this time (i finished as a healer mage), i tried it a bit and it felt completely different

I should really get around to beating the main game before this comes out.

And Vinny also makes a decent interviewer. 
 Ryan's camera work seemed a little shaky though.

I'm not big on how they're going to allow you to bring back an already-dead character, but I suppose I can't argue with giving the consumers what they want.

Now to decide with what character I want to continue...

I love how continuity isn't taking the driver's seat in this expansion. To many games are taking the 'realistic' approach and, let's face it, it's a video game folks. Not everything has to make sense 100% of the time.
 
That being said, I'm real excited about further advancing my maxed out Warrior to challenge the hordes of the still looming threat of the Darkspawn. Nice interview Vinny!

Hoping that the "recurring character" he mentioned is Oghren, considering he's in that video

Truely, this is the age of full expansion packs.

Should definitely do more in the future; not that the others are bad (they're all great), but he did a great job here and I'd love to see him do a few more.

Very very cool looking, Vinny is pretty great at interviewing too.

Super excited for this, more Dragon Age is always a good thing.

Fuck, oghrens in the video - That leads me to believe he is much more likely to return than Sten, who was the best character in Dragon Age.

Vinny was the perfect man for this interview. Dragon Age is the new Fallout 3 which was the the new Fable 2 =)

Hello Gamesmaster, can you play as the Orlaisian Warden whilst still importing your DA save (ie. keeping the decisions your old character made), or will choosing to play as him make Awakening start from a default position as though you never played Dragon Age?

Uhh...wait a minute. First, the developer guy says "there will be recurring character from Origins, who we are not talking about just yet" and then two seconds later, a cutscene is shown with Oghren talking to one of the new party members. I guess it's not THAT big of a secret then?

Can't wait for this!
