Zoink Entertainment have developed a new Wii game which uses a teddy bear. I think I've said enough on the matter, just watch.

The Nintendo Wii is a home video game console released on November 19, 2006. The Wii's main selling point was the innovative use of motion controls that its signature Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers allowed for. It became the best selling home console of its respective generation of hardware.
This Is What WiiWaa Made For
Added both a page for the dev and the game:
http://www.giantbomb.com/zoink-games/65-6940/ quite odd how their address is Zoink Entertainment and their name Zoink Games.

Also:
Saw that a month ago. The first version of the video showed the kid stuff the remote up the doll's butt (you can see it prepare for that before it's cut to the mouth scene). They corrected that pretty swiftly after the first comments for the video started appearing... Neat visuals.
"That was definitely innovative, and the world definitely needs more games kids can play, at least just to keep them from playing GTA4 and MW2. "
whats wrong with letting them play GTA or MW2?

Anyways, calling that abomination of nature a teddy bear is a SIN!
Also, I sense that you can just shake the Wiimote instead of feeding it to the nefarious bastard.
Edit: okay it looked like the mote was sticking out, but after yet another look at the video it is clear that the white stuff is probably something else :P
" Why on earth does this game have a wonderful art style and really clean graphics? "
It's not actually running on Wii, it's a promo video clearly running in HD, not Wii's 480p. It seems they want to better showcase / deceive the any prospective publishers, as they're still looking for one. The art style though is as you say very good. It's slightly like Epic Mickey-esque I think.
(this threads title has a fucking terrible pun, I duly apologise. I must have been drunk...)

YOU CAN DEE EH ENN CEE EEE!
While it seems to be a thinly-veiled attempt to make another game where everything can be boiled down to 'shake the Wii remote', that's an adorably cute veil. Or messed-up, the bit where the kid shoves the remote down the toy's throat creeped me out.
