I spent ages yesterday tidying up the article, adding facts (ones that have actually been confirmed!!) I used information found on the internet and re-wrote it to be appropriate to this article, had it all approved, and then some douchbag has come along and undone everything I put it, they've removed the multiplayer weapon information I added, mixed it in with single player weapons, and left in guns that are confirmed NOT to be in the game. They also clearly stole their information from the site modernwarfare247 because for their level information they left in all the 'default's but only bothered to put in the level infor for about a 3rd of the weapons.
I figured by now there'd be some equilibrium, where idiots couldn't just post incorrect information over the top of stuff already confirmed, but I guess nobody really gives a shit, they just want points for deleting other people's hard work.
" Bowling said they're going to wipe the leaderboards before street date. I'm wondering if any of these early obtained games are xbox live ban worthy, and if they're going to do that? "
They don't ban you if it's a legal copy of the game, they only ban you if you are playing on a modded console. If they banned regular users just because they got it early, that wouldn't be fair on people who just walk into a store that broke the release date, and buy it, not knowing it isn't supposed to be out yet.
" I say yes as PC players arent adverse to doing that stuff. "
And neither are console players. The thing is, it isn't as easy to pirate on the consoles as it is on the PC.... except with the Dreamcast. The Dreamcast was piss easy to pirate for, all you had to do was burn a disk. Also, least we forget about the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP. So quit making it sound like PC gamers are the only ones who would do this kind of thing. "
That's not true of the xbox 360. As long as your pc has a via or nforce sata controller, you can mod an xbox 360 very easily.
