The military is already a bunch of indepedent agencies squabbling over funding and duty jurisdiction, adding yet another one is going to be an absolute mess, for no concrete benefit.

If you want to feed a stray cat, you should really trap-neuter-and-return it. Also, put the food out, wait 30 minutes, then retrieve it. The cat will learn the routine, and you're not feeding all the skunks, possums, raccoons, and other strays in the neighborhood.

I know this was probably a difficult technical feat, but thanks for doing it. UPF is one of the staples of Giant Bomb and it's fantastic to see it back in some form.

Seeing UPF pop up was an amazing surprise. I am betting there was some pretty significant virtual spaghetti signal-fu happening to get everyone to be able to do this, thanks for that work. Having UPF makes quarantine feel a bit less shitty.

I had been watching all the old UPF's cause I needed them.

@vinny Some cursory googling suggests DV wasn't introduced until 1995, with MiniDV coming around in 1998.
