@danryckert: Hate to break it to you, Dan, but the only differences between skittles are smell and color. The combination of a different smell and a different color tricks your brain into thinking it's "red/cherry"-flavored or "yellow/lemon"-flavored because of the associations your brain makes with particular colors and smells with particular tastes. The actual skittles though are identical candies taste wise. If you were to blindfold and plug someone's nose, it would be nearly impossible for them to differentiate between them.

It was a very funny segment! Just, y'know, effectively a smell and/or guessing test, not a taste test.

@danryckert: I mean that's the idea. Manufacturers and our brains do a very fine job of making us believe otherwise.

Tons of fun with this. Glad we saw the tourney return this year. I still kinda love the non-video game challenges the most! Would love to see even more of those (or more freeform game challenges) in the future!

Subscribing last February means this is my first GotY and Aggro Craig is why I sign up.

I feel like the part where Ben is clearly the best at playing games in the entire crew finally came to fruition in this video. Congrats to all the competitors though, Well fought.

I spent entirely too long trying to get Silent Assassin on the Hitman contract they used using their same loadout, and then tried to clean it up and do it faster but couldn't get a perfect score again. I'd love to see if anyone did or will try.

A+ on the game selection this year. The Skittles and Driver picks were really awesome. This year's games were even better than last year! Very fun!

It's a shame Sega never fixed the controls in Crazy Taxi HD. There's no analog control at all; the game reads the stick like a d-pad. A few of Sega's other HD ports had that problem, too.

I don’t agree with Dan about much, but I’ve played blindfolded Skittle eating many times over the years and both myself and the people I’ve played it with have, on the whole, been able to tell the flavours apart. I don’t know if it makes a difference that I’m playing it in the UK. Our purple ones are blackcurrent and our green ones are lime.

I found it pretty hilarious that Jeff got a red like three times in a row and didn’t realize it’s the same flavor.

I hope that wasn't the only Hitman 2 content we're getting this year (which was still great).

Great video as a whole! I do miss those skits every year, but these are still an excellent alternative.

Jesus these brackets could not be more perfect.

I think it was a very good idea to keep the Hitman mission time limited, especially after that one time Brad did his Brad thing and spent literally an hour and a half bumbling around (which hey, they picked a mission on a giant map with 3 objectives that time so fair enough on that).

Also I think they could've given Abby a better briefing on DBFZ controls, or let her see the combo list. The flow of that game is building up meter and unleashing it in supers, which Jeff did regularly, and no one could answer how to do one for her.

Oh well, I guess the point of this is the randomness of the game selection and where your experience lie. Still a very fun video, I like this quick shot format, it feels like WarioWare.
