Halo 3 mp for an endurance run? That would be about the most boring thing in the world...and I'm sure it would be the same for both vinny and jeff. Also...I really doubt they will ever finish persona 4. Even if they keep going on and somehow do, they're only what, like 11-12 hours in I believe? they have a looong way to go even if they do somehow make it.

Ah, Do Valkyria Chronicles... Whenever I read or hear the name of that game, I instantly HAVE to promote it! IT'S THAT GOOD!

I would actually be super interested in an EVE: Online endurance run. I still have barely any idea what that game is about.

I'm voting for Battletoads, but it has to be two players. That way you will die horribly in the rope level, and the speeder levels, and... Well all of them but the first one really.

What about a one time run through of Big Rigs.  That would be truly epic to watch.  Of those games, a Halo 3 MP run would be awesome just to see how long they could play it before they went crazy from all of the stupid 10 year olds playing it.  COD4 would also be a viable option for a multiplayer endurance run.

Do a Left 4 Dead Expert run through ALL the levels with all 4 guys playing. Vinny, Jeff, Brad, Ryan, if someone sucks to bad to finish expert get a guest in to do it(Or you know I could help ;) ).

Most of those games wouldn't be entertaining to watch at all. Most entertaining game on that list would probably be Halo and that's saying something(given the amount of resources available to watch Halo being played right now).

How would Halo3's multiplayer be boring for an Endurance Run? Tons of crazy carnage goes around in that game that it's ridiculous. When's the time when a random Warthog gets blown up by a grenade, only to fly into someone far away on a map?

There's tons of irony involved in that game that it's ridiculous. Play Big Team Battles, and you'll see all the charm go into play.

I wanna see I Wanna Be The Guy. They're obviously good at platformer/adventure type video games.

I think Fallout 3 With Vinny and somebody else  (Not Jeff) would be nice.He said on Giant Bombcast that he wants to find time to play it. So it would be the same concpept of "Game i cant play so i play in office".

It would be cool if it was a game that not everyone knows. Like a Sega CD classic FMV game or something that lends to a lot of side jokes and conversation. Part of why I watch the Endurance Run, and I am hooked, is that I like hearing Jeff and Vinnie toss out their opinions on a game while they play said game. I'd love to hear what they would say about 3DO's Captain Quazar or Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Saturn. Otherwise.. Battletoads!

 I say Battle Toads, having two people from the staff play could be very entertaining, since you are allowed to hit each other in it.

Sure, if that's what you want to call it. I prefer to let the Something Awful goons keep their name to themselves though. It's not like they created the concept of recording themselves playing games.
I think they'd be more interested in doing an Endurance Run of a game people would actually want to watch. Those ideas don't seem like the type that would keep people watching, and if people aren't watching and being entertained then they'd just be wasting everyone's time.

Anything but Halo 3 multiplayer. I don't know how Madden 09 would work, though.

EVE online is a good game and the only real good endurance run candidate in your list. Battletoads? Seriously?

I've been listening to the podcast since prior to the launch of the site, and I never really understood this particular feature of the site. I'm personally not too keen on watching someone play an RPG. There are other types of games that I'd be interested in seeing though... but "endurance run" isn't necessarily the proper term.

First and foremost, I'd like to see you guys do something like a Street Fighter IV recording, possibly some sort of tournament with a slew of people at Giant Bomb. Similarly, I wouldn't mind checking out some hardcore MK vs DCU action. Games, in general, that require some awesome skill to play so we can check out how the "good" players, play.

Just my two cents.

without question it has to be battletoads and you have to feature all of the feeble attempts at beating each an every level (particularly the jet ski level).

This is kind of a crazy idea, but you guys should consider either game from the Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball series for the next endurance run.

I can't think of anything that would elicit a more hilarious commentary than that.

EVE online for sure. Wouldn't be interested in Halo 3, played enough of it I know how things are in that game.

I would like to see an MMO Endurance Run, I think it could be interesting and no one will know what to expect, anything can happen, in my opinion EVE would get boring. I would also like to see Final Fantasy XIII Endurance Run when it is released.
