It can't be much worse than the Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street games... can it?

This is going to be bad. It's like Grease, Reservoir Dogs and most comic book movie games.

I hate when IP owners allow shitty studios, who have never done anything even close to what their IP represents, to work on their games.

Prob won't get a reply to this, but did you play Amnesia, Patrick?  A game that great almost made it ok with me that there really aren't many horror games anymore.

At first I thought this was about a game that was being made for the charity Child's Play.

I want to play as Robert Khoo and fight off anti-child militants with my mad ping pong skills.

I think this will be as successful as the other 2 older films that I saw put into video games the last few years (dirty dancing & princess bride). Still think that aside of Bride of Chucky, that most of this series of films wasn't all that entertaining.

I would play a dual-joystick shooter or action-RPG which involves a plot line with Chucky somehow building a toy-doll army that you must escape or shoot/melee your way through and destroy.

it could be fun if it's like a hitman game where you're Chucky and you gotta sneak around and kill people one by one in various ways. if someone spots you, you have to play dead like a doll, but there will be people who know about Chucky and so you actually have to hide from them. i can see this being kinda fun, setting up different environmental traps.

They should do a Toy Story VS Chucky and the Happy Tree Friends.

I don't get it though...do I get to play as Chucky or am I just going to spend the game trying not to get killed by him?  Either way...I'm in.

Holy fuck! Yes! Even if it sucks, I will still buy this game. I seriously can't wait for this.

This got me thinking, we need a Super Smash Bros style game with characters from all our favorite horror movies.

I think the whole series is known as "Chuckie" in parts of europe. That's how I know it, at least. I too thought it was the charity.

Hoping it'll be a hardcore RPG with lots of stat-building and random encounters with human enemies.

Can't imagine this game going well at all.

I would far prefer to play a game based on the Penny Arcade charity.

Put me under the camp who thought this was a meta-game about the PA charity auction and was confused when they saw a picture of Chuky with the article.

If it's like Naughty Bear, but good, it'll be a fine DLG. Besides, I thought TikGames' PSN stuff - Cuboid and MagicBall - were decent. They have, at least, some good 3D artists over there NOT working on casual PC games.

The movie's been giving me nightmares since my older brother made me watch it with his friends when I was 4. I hate this lol. :P

I hope they have the original voice actor and some descent graphics.
