Are you a healthy gamer? (post height and weight)
@StaticFalconar: Oh ok you're also an asshole, thanks for clarifying. Moving on.You don't talk about something you know nothing about and expect to get away with it. Gary was the equivalent to roger ebert talking about videogames. You wanna start calling everybody that called ebert out an asshole?
I don't eat processed food.

@Zabant said:I never said I was a level 10 vegan that doesn't eat anything processed. So the news better be you're an idiot.@StaticFalconar: No need to be a jackass about it. If you think pizza and waffles are fine and the meat in hamburgers is not processed I have some news for you.
I need to work on my ability to ignore shitty trolls.
@Zabant said:I don't know what Gary said in the podcast, but a low-carb high-fat/protein diet is a very valid way of shedding weight fairly quickly. It's not a healthy long-term diet, but very efficient when used wisely.@StaticFalconar: Oh ok you're also an asshole, thanks for clarifying. I'm about 5'9" ish . Weighed about 120 a month and a half ago. Started working out, and currently weigh about 133 (not fat, obviously). My cousin noted that I looked bigger and healthier the other day. :) And, if you can tell from my profile picture (not my avatar), I don't have acne... used to, but not anymore.
Skinny? Yes. Healthy? I try. I eat pretty healthy, but I'm having a hard time being consistent with this whole workout thing. I'm currently trying to put on 40 poiunds, though. I'm like 5'9-5'10 and weigh 140. Always been real skinny, trying to bulk up to 180 or so.
6'0
285 lbs.
I couldn't decide if I wanted to be fat or muscular, so I figured I'd be both.
I don't work out every day, but I work out. I don't really eat healthy, but I try. I rarely get sick, and I want to keep it that way.
5'6 160-165 and work out almost eerrrday as well as work. Always in good shape and have always loved video games.
Yeah, I hate that fat person smell5'7", 160 lb.
I work out almost everyday, and I would fucking hate myself if I ever got fat and had that fat person smell. I also don't eat like a pig.
EDIT: This is my kind of thread, a thread about fat people.
I'm 5'10 175lbs
I lost my six pack a couple years back, Workin on gettin it back now, Working out 2/3 days atm
before I was in good shape my worst point was 5'9 230
Then I busted my ass for a year or so and ended up in pretty damn good shape,
but then i kinda slacked off and got out of the habit of pumping out a workout every night
I'm still in "healthy" shape but I'm a little more "doughy" than I would like, Gotta get that definition back
IM 6'3" 195lbs. I try to workout atleast 3-4 times a week, i would hate myself if I ever got fat. And alot of shorties in here
I used to be quite fat until I hit 14 years old. Now I'm 6' and just under 205 pounds. I can't gain weight no matter how much I eat. 15 years of drinking beer and eating as much as possible. I fall into the boring body type more than the stereotypical gamer type. Even when working out (have not for years now), I can only get tone. Now it's just a waiting game for my metabolism to fall apart

I get the point you're trying to make, but using a term like that is uncalled for. And you didn't even spell it correctly.
5'9, 155 pounds. My metabolism is ruthless, only takes about an hour to get hungry after eating, and I already eat an ungodly amount of food at a time too.
5'8 or 5'9
159
yogurt main snack- mostly drink green/oolong teas or water. Most meals are pretty standard- cut carbs fat where possible without losing flavor. (i.e. black beans instead of refried) - wraps instead of sandwiches
I dont wanna spend time exercising and going to gyms n crap so I just keep things sane in the diet department.

5'8, 225 pounds. According the BMI scale, I'm obese. I eat a lot, but I go for a run in the park once in a while to keep myself fit. I've lost 10 pounds during this summer as a result, despite my gaming habits.
BMI is the biggest load of crap science since phrenology. Doesn't tell you shit.
Oh believe me, I agree. The first time my doctor said that to me, I was like, "WTF?!" And every time I go for routine check-ups I am reminded of this bullshit. I don't let that stop me though. Despite that, I'm quite in shape.@asian_pride said:
