Probably Darksiders about 8 months ago, but I'm probably off there.
Having a hard time thinking at the moment...
The Last game you completed..

Fallout 1.
Really hasn't aged as much as some people say.. Other than the battle system being rather slow, I didn't have any problems with it. I'd definitely recommend fans of 3 and New Vegas go back and play it.
I recently did figure out HOW to actually play it (after the 5th attempt or so) but no matter what, a bunch of aspects of that game are super frustrating. the way the menu SLOWLY drops, the speed of the battles, the supremely terrible inventory system that doesn't tell me anything...
Puzzle Agent 2 was the last game I finished. As for 100% completion, that would be Picross 3D; I 3-starred my last puzzle back in April.
Played through Jamestown about a week ago, the higher difficulties have felt way harder than the few Touhou games I've played. Recommended, I love the first and third stages.
Halo Reach, a couple of days ago. Everyone knows what Halo is like so recommending seems unnecessary. Just don't go for Legendary on your first play through - it just becomes one big, long distance stand-off, which becomes frustrating and rather boring.

Well, yeah. It definitely has its problems, and it does require a bit of knowledge to first get into.. but once you get going, I think it's a really great game. Overhaul the menu's and do up the graphics and they could easily re-release this on XBLA/PSN/Steam.
I must say though, I'm having much less fun with Fallout 2, which I'd always heard was far superior. Environments and story is much less interesting, plus it seems the random encounters are out to get you from the very start, constantly throwing you into fights you don't stand a hope of winning against.
No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise (the PS3 version).
It's weird. It's not the best game I ever played, but I wrapped up my third (and fourth, the game goes fast once you're all the way upgraded) playthroughs today. Trophy hunting is a part of it, but I still enjoy it. It's the first game since inFamous that I did multiple playthroughs of.
I recently finished Saints row two with a friend I would recomend that for a good co op game unless you have a pc I've heard bad things about the pc version
Breath of Death VII, moving on to Cthulhu Saves the World.
If you really want to know how the game is, read my review (http://www.giantbomb.com/breath-of-death-vii/61-31023/user-reviews/?review_id=20303) ;D

Duke Nukem Forever. I just wanted to get it over with and then bash myself in the head until I forgot all about it.
I think the worst thing I could say about that game was it was just...boring. I played it on the PC and it was surprisingly playable, but it's one of those "if you've played about ten minutes of this game you've seen everything." Glad I got it for $25 bucks during the Steam summer sale. It was close to the last game I finished.
Last was Metroid Prime, for the Gamecube. And yeah, it's still pretty darn good.
They don't make final bosses like they used too :(

Metal Gear Solid 4 like two days ago.
that game.
Having completed it a year ago on Big Boss Hard, I still cannot stop loving MGS4. Anyway, for my I finished my third playthrough of Arkham Asylum. Amazing game.
Dead Space 2, a week or two ago. Yes i'd recommend it however the original was better. Back to 50-60 work weeks, so I expect it to be a little while before I finish Red Dead Redemption now....
Pokémon Ruby last week, though I only finished the main story. I would definitely recommend it to people, but then I'm also a Pokémon fan so take that how you will.
I just beat Bastion yesterday. I'm still working on the second play through with all the idols on. I definitely recommend it to just about anyone.
I just recently finished inFamous 2 and L.A. Noire. Not sure which one I actually beat first, but I beat them within a few days of each other. And I would recommend both of them, though they were each a bit rage-inducing at times.
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. I finished it about two hours ago. Sure, I only really do one-third of the puzzles on my own, but I love watching the mysteries in these games unravel. I'll have to hold myself back before I pick up another Layton game since I won't be sure how long I'll have to wait for the fourth unreleased one.
