Not really. With all the advances that have been made in the game since release, you could pull those off. Sure, it would mean some pretty hardcore dedication...but it IS an MMO.
Well, yeah, you can actually. It's not impossible.
However, Tiger Woods (I forget which year) is actually impossible to 1k now. Unless of course you got the achievement for being the world number 1 before EA shut down the servers. There are a couple other games like this as well, and of course the notorious NBA (was it? Some basketball game I think) be online with 1000 other players at once. Which is more or less impossible now, I mean it took a massive x360a drive a while back to get it done, it will likely never happen again.
Short of the long, eat it. If you have enough time you can 1k it.
@The_A_Drain: That's why multiplayer achievements shouldn't exist. What happens if people stop playing a game online, or the developer/producer stops supporting the game online (if they need support)? Those achievements are now impossible to get.
Multiplayer achievements, if they exist, should be worth zero points.

I completely agree.
I'm personally very opposed to multiplayer achievements. But they even cause more problems than that, they just make achievements hunter bored through grinding/boosting online, and legitimate competitors get pissed off with all the grinders/boosters, nobody comes out happy.
