I'd say pudding, not only because it's great, but also because it's the most solid out of all of them and when I have it I feel like I've eaten a satisfying meal, as opposed to some dessert after I'm already full or something.

Yogurt.  Easy.

I'm staying away from ice cream because I don't eat it often and don't like brain freezes. Pudding is rad, but the thought of eating it every day makes me want to puke. Yogurt is the winner here for me. It's awesome and comes in so many varieties.

Is this the only thing we are allowed to eat?  No hot dogs, pizza, or grilled cheese sandwiches?  If that's the case, I'll vote "yogurt" because it's probably more healthy than any of the others listed.

Ice Cream. More variety in flavours and toppings.

Ice cream, the amount of flavors are more and can contain crushed nuts, cookies, etc that you won't get sick of it.
