When I'm bored and it's on sometimes I'll watch Spongebob.

Not really anything else I would say I'm ashamed to watch, but what about you?

Dude, spongebob used to be awesome. Then they changed the art style and voices and shit... I catch it sometimes when my little brother is watching, and it makes me sad...

Remember the one about the Krusty Krab Pizza?

Spongebob is okay.  Older episodes are better, especially since Tim Conway is no longer voicing Barnacle Boy.  I don't think either Spongebob or ICarly would fall into the "you shouldn't be watching this" definition in my book.  I reserve my vitriol for Hannity on FOX and Keith Olbermann on MSNBC.  I don't care if you work for the right or the left, I have little trust in propagandists.

EDIT: I'm adding "Tim and Eric's Awesome Show" 'cause I think that show needs to just disappear off the face of the planet.  Don't watch it and give CN an excuse to give them anymore money.

It's okay to watch Spongebob, but any guy who watches iCarly, regardless of age, needs help.

So it's okay for a 40 year old to watch Barney and a 4 year old to watch the porn channel? Wow, logic is fun.

It's not my fault, I'm anime deprived, they never brought any of the good stuff here during my childhood. All I can remember is G-Force!

I watch a shit ton of cartoons and children's shows on a bunch of channels. Partly because they're hilarious to watch in an XBL party with other dweebs, and partly because they require no thinking on my part to zone out with.

There is nothing wrong with a 40 year old watching Barney (well, there might be, but who gives a shit what people do in their own homes?), and a 4 year old doesn't pay for the TV (and certainly not on-Demand porn channels) since that's entirely illegal. Logic *is* fun. You should try it sometime.

Those are thrown in there so that the parents can get something out of watching the shows too. It's awesome when they thrown in ridiculously perverted or strange ones that kids just don't get.

Agreed, I was watching Aladdin yesterday for a bit and there was a William F. Buckley joke that I thought "Wow, no one under 20 will get that."  I really don't understand how anyone born after 1980 would get half the stuff in any episode of Family Guy.  But, I can say the same is true in my own experience.  When I was a kid, I watched a ton of Looney Toons & MGM stuff from the 40s.  Only when I got older and more educated did I understand half the references made to the life during the Second World War or the Depression.  Good animators can still make those leaps to entertain adults as well as kids, but often, it's the jokes aimed at children that hold up over time, while the more adult fare is heavily reliant on your world view.  That's also why game localization is so important when releasing a Japanese game in the West or visa-versa.  There are somethings that we don't immediately recognize in each others culture.  And while, the last 40 years of globalization has lifted some of those disparities, not everything translates well.

Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show; The only reason for me to switch from the Discovery Channel.  There are some brutal references in it and some funny stuff.  There was a saloon on the episode this morning and the slogan under the name said something to the effect of "Come and get plastered".

I sometimes watch I Love Money and Cheaters. But man, I just watched an episode of Cheaters where a bisexual girl cheated on her girlfriend with her brother. The end of my faith in humanity is entertaining as hell.

Eh, I watch a hell of a lot of Cartoons, especially Spongebob which I consider probably the funniest show on TV right now.
Also Skins...for all you UK GiantBombers here.

While it was around, i watched Stripperella. That show was hilarious.

I also watched some Gray's Anatomy, since it was based in Seattle. Thanks to South Park, I now feel like one of the most boring people alive.

I watch the old episodes of spongebob if they're on.  The new ones are stupid since they changed the animation, voice styles, and the plots...it's a shame.

iCarly is a popular show on Nickelodeon starring Miranda Cosgrove, who films a webshow with her two best friends. It may be aimed at more of a teenage audience, but it's a good, fun show. It's clever, cute, and entertaining.

I watch Hell's Kitchen cause I enjoy watching arrogant pricks destroy people's confidence over something like making food.
