Joining GiantBomb

Today I joined GiantBomb.  The feeling was unlike anything I've ever experienced.  You know the first time you went out with Amy and she gave you your first kiss?  It was somewhat like that but with this was just a much better feeling.

I look forward to heavily contributing to GiantBomb.com and getting to know this great community.

I read Amy as Army and was expecting a tearful drama containing a heartfelt tale of a young recruit taking a bullet in the leg on the first day of his tour, crippling him for life.

He is then sent back home, where he meets a girl who accepts him for who he is, and he finds out the meaning of true happiness.

The credits then role, and the audience is in a compelete state of shock.

A single man stands up, and knowing not what to do once faced with this masterpiece; he begins clapping.

He is then followed by another, then two more. Eventually the entire theatre is filled with deafening applause, continuning non-stop for no less than fifteen minutes.

The movie then goes on to win the academy award in every category it is nominated for, ten in all.

The night afterwords, the director is killed in a drunk driving accident following a party celebrating his success.

One of the greatest cinematic minds in the history of mankind has been forever silenced, an era that never began has ended.

Upon the realization that you in fact said Amy and not Army, I was slightly disappointed.

I guess your story is good too though.

Yea i've been coming to the website since it launched, but never bothered to sign up.  Than I read the FAQ/help section and was very intrigued by the design and system.
