We got booted out of of the restraunt

Hello to all the situation is pretty bad around here in this town. A couple of weeks aga the wife and i had a little money to go out to the local restraunt  Zekes Placeto have dinner after about 15 mins at the restraunt asked us to leave beacause they choosed not to serve us . We asked why they said they didnt want a scence but to leave and leave now. We didnt want to leave so we said no we wanted to be served. They called the police  which we were then asked to leave then we had to sit in the back of the police car for 45mins while they  checked out the situation and ran our ecords  at the time the wife had to use the restroom but they the police wouldnt let her . I started asking they said shut up and be quite or we would be arrested for disturbing the police and makingg a scence. Well they dont like us around here because 9 months ago a reservist off duty cop in a police car rammed in to us at a stop sign while we were stoped at the sign. He was drunk and we are in the middle of a law suit with the city. The owner of the restraunt is the cop that hit us it is his brother. And the cop that hit  us he is well liked around here.We are constantly getting harrased. We no longer can work becuase of injury the impact caused he was doing 45 miles an hour we were sitting still. We have aplied for disability what a joke that is..They hold it against you if you worked before the expect you to go out and work some more even if you cant. But iam getting tired of getting harassed what should we do about the restraunt thing or just forget it.

Call CNN and get them to do a piece on your story?

Sounds an awful lot like a couple of movies I've seen. Sure you're not pulling our legs here?  Anyway,  the way I see it, you have two choices: Waste tons of money and time trying to fight it, or simply move.  I'd move and start over.

I would do what the one poster said, call the local news agency.  If they think you have a case they may bring them to shame.

Everyone take care the problem is over .. Left it back in 2008. Lets not ever talk about it again. We are new people my wife and myshelf got the settlement check this morning we are under a gag order not to mention this situation again.. Everyone have a good and safe 2009.  the end..........
