So, I'm trudging my way through the storyline of GTA4 and I just found out last night that Michelle, who accompanied me to many bars and staved away the cold of night from my bones, has been playing me for the feds. And, she's been lying this whole game--her name isn't even Michelle, and I'm sure as hell it ain't Karen either.
My first thought was "I'm going to cap this broad" but the game has (thusfar) not allowed me to do so. Anybody else feel used and betrayed?
Grand Theft Auto IV
Game » consists of 25 releases. Released Apr 29, 2008
Take on the role of Niko Bellic, a Serbian immigrant who comes to the US at his cousin Roman's request, to find a better life, search for "that special someone" and participate in lawless activities in an upgraded generation of Liberty City.
Michelle...or Karen?
"The fact that she was lying was so obvious from the first time she started having a conversation with Niko. It was one of the most obvious things in the game. When she finally told me who she was I just though "Took you long enough to stab me in the back.""But I couldn't beat the hell out of her with a bat, then execute her with the pistol LIKE I HAD DONE SO MANY TIMES BEFORE. So much for "choices" :|

I think she'll be in DLC for GTA4 because she suddenly vanishes and she's doing all this fed work spying on you so that would be fun and you couldn't kill her. I was disappointed by her story and would like her to have DLC to improve upon that aswel as meeting up with Niko at the end and getting married and then getting onto a plane to VC as a hint to the next game lol.
I so hope they do VC 80's again because that setting is just so amazing and love that 80's music.
I think that was the idea behind Michelle; make you get close to the character, invest some interest in her, then have her stab you in the back. Of course, Rockstar could have done that better than they did, allowing you to bone her on the first date and all. Until a little later in the game I just thought she was the "training wheels" for the dating mini-game, since she was so utterly impossible to piss off.
Get you some internet dates...bone'em'a plenty and you'll feel better in the morning...michelle/ kate was forgettable.

"Dude, I had so much hot coffee from her that we might as well have opened our own Starbucks. I demand retribution and blood."Oh snap!
" Until a little later in the game I just thought she was the "training wheels" for the dating mini-game, since she was so utterly impossible to piss off."I dunno man, we went to that one bar on a bike and I thought it'd be cool to go down some stairs--ended up crashing into a wall and she was hurt. Very badly.
Next time, you should put a spoiler warning in the title.
Haha, yeah, when she first reveals this, if the game would have let me, I would have shot her in the head right then and there. I felt unbelievably betrayed. Instead, it makes you watch the cutscene, and then when it ends Michelle had suddenly disappeared... She got lucky. That's all I can say. I never felt the same way about any of the other girls in the game.
Kate bored me and I hated her family. Carmen totally cheats on you and makes that clear, so screw her. I don't think I ever dated Kiki. I dated one that wanted to be a lawyer or something, I believe, but only went on one date with her. To be pathetically honest, I was kind of bummed you couldn't date some of the more attractive girls from love-meet.net.
"TheGreatGuero said:Not true at all, dude. When discussing any sort of plot twist, you should be courteous enough to just give people a head's up so can look away. What about all the people that have been saving up all year to get a next gen console to play GTAIV? They see this... and everything changes. Having the story spoiled can totally ruin it's impact."Next time, you should put a spoiler warning in the title."The game was released 11 months ago. If you haven't gotten to this little plot twist yet, odds are you never will."
