Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus (pronounced "Guilty Gear X2 Accent Core Plus") is a 2D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Aksys (Arc System Works in Japan and pQube in Europe) for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 on April 7, 2009, and for the Wii on May 12, 2009. It was later released by Arc System Works as a downloadable title for the Xbox 360 (via Xbox Live Arcade) on October 24, 2012, and the PlayStation 3 (via PlayStation Network) on December 4, 2012.

Originally released in Japan for the PlayStation 2 on March 27, 2008, the fifth iteration of Guilty Gear X2 (after Guilty Gear XX Λ Core) adds new games modes (including a new Story Mode and updated Mission and Survival Modes) and two unlockable characters previously removed from Λ Core (Justice and Kliff Undersn), along with the usual balance tweaks and bugfixes. This is the only version of Guilty Gear X2 that was not released in arcades initially (although its update, below, was released in arcades).

A slight update to the game, titled Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus R, was released for Japanese arcades (switching from the Sega NAOMI platform to the Sega RingEdge 2 platform) on September 20, 2012. This update further tweaks the characters, and was made available as a free patch for the PlayStation 3 version (on August 7, 2013 for Japan and March 3, 2014 for US) and the Xbox 360 version (on October 11, 2013). It was also released as a standalone downloadable title for the PlayStation Vita (via PlayStation Network on April 23, 2013) and PC (via Steam on May 26, 2015).

There are a total of 25 playable characters in Guilty Gear XX Λ Core Plus:
