Dampé is the grave-keeper that appears in a few games of the Legend of Zelda series.

The ranch worker at Lon Lon Ranch in the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He also makes an appearance in Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons.

Biggoron is an unusually massive Goron who occasionally helps Link out.
