1) depends on the language of the game you ordered. Last time I chesked they had lots of games in English.
2) From my experience, they are very reliable. All of the stuff I ordered from there arrived to me in a timely manner and in good condition. I do live in the US though, so I don't know if Australians would have to wait longer or something.
The "tired" system is controversial. Some people like it, some don't. I personaly like it but I can see why people wouldn't like it. As the game progresses your team is able to push further and further down without getting tired. You also get more tactical commands down the road which allow you to tell your AI comrades how to get at the enemy (thankfully they do have a command to focus on knocking them down). The story gets much better as you progress, everything will be explained and resolved.
Glad to see your enjoying the game, it's definately one of my favorite games of all time.
