@PhilESkyline: The console is yours yes. Microsoft's program, Live is not, if you are breaching the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up and will be banned from Live, your console will still work off line however.
From what I hear the game isn't overly patriotic at all, it actually has an anti-jingoist message. I thought MW was pretty anti-Jingoist too, what better way to say war is stupid than to drop a nuke.

No you shouldn't. I love my 360 and all but dude, spend the 200 hundred on either more games or drinks with friends. Sure the deal looks good but you already have a 360, surely you can find something more fun (or responsible) to spend 200 hundreds bucks on instead of a second 360.
That MIchael Cera one Hamst3r posted could actually be pretty funny, just don't go with the zombie ending, it's funnier if it's just the two guys slowly growing more insane.
