@thatdutchguy: Where did you get that impression?

I think that there will be some cannibalization, I'm not sure in which direction. I would guess that people excited enough to buy a console at launch would know Watch Dogs, but if were were assuming a low level of game knowledge, Assassin's Creed would be the one to sell. I'm not sure what kind of sales trends they've seen over the last few iterations and whether that franchise is still a draw.

I still don´t understand what makes the Assassin´s Creed franchise fun and Watch_Dogs is overhyped by Ubisoft and will disappoint... i think.

Also, I'm fairly sure that was WiiU footage.
But yea, everyone at GB and PolyGon has said nothing but positive things

Arthur Geis said on a podcast one time something along the lines of "You need to actually sit down and play the game to see how good it really looks, vids don't do it justice"

So when I'm watching trailers for it and I'm blown away,I'm hyped.

In terms of AC4, idk. I played AC3, it left a really bad taste in my mouth. But ac4 looks like the good shit from ac3 with more vertical level design, right? 'Cause that was my complaint about 3, mainly.

Mass Effect, Halo 3, MW1, RockBand, BioShock, and probably something else I forgot.

Does anyone else think the name is terrible?

2DS could confuse a market that just got confused by a WiiU

It was either on a bombcast or a live show, but someone was talking about a game they were playing recently, and mentioned that a game that had a decision that influenced about a third of the game, and it wasn't The Witcher 2. I say this because it's the only game I can think of that this could be. .-.

I think it was Patrick, but I'm really not sure.

PS: I have no idea why my brain has picked this to focus on. Apologies xD

Most CRPGs on GoG hold up, I personally love PlaneScape Torment and Icewind Dale II.

Wait. I just noticed you said last 10 years. So 2003-13. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games are great, IMO.

Counter-Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2 are always nuts and fun. Half-Life 2 and it's episodes are awesome, especially with the cinematic mod.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is mind blowing, I personally couldn't handle The Witcher, but peers love it, so I'm sure it's worth playing if you feel the need to. i didn't, I think the game does a good job of setting you up in the world well.

That's all I can think of off hand.
