I didnt read all the replies here so this might have beens ai.d already.
The new GAMESPOT.com's game pages will Link to giant bombs wiki, So it's about to gain a little more relevancy, so I'm sure they will fix it up at some point.
Um, i just started playing the download version and there is noticable chugging in cutscene bits.
That said the plant in front of the lifegaurd house higligthed in the comparison video seemed to load in right away... But the early cutscenes does chug noticably..
Yeah, i havent played it cause from what I've seen of it being played 19 euros seems too much for this game.
Im pretty sure the camera rotation is meant to be like that i seem to remember Peter M saying it's so you don't lose track of where you are. Seems they could have solved that by letting you hit a button to return to default view tho.... It's so annoying when peple make stupid game design dicitions and stick by them.
This game is now in beta and have beeen playable for backers in alpha for some time, Without me having researched it, i really doubt the "testers" have much of a say at all. It seems they highlight changes they are already making by saying it's something people asked for.
Peter M also keeps saying how much he likes having to click every belief orb to collect it....
Clickfests gets so tedious..
I will proapbly check it out when it's more finished, though, it being a beta should mean there wouldnt be any new cool features added gameplay wise...
@razielcuts: that could be money reason, sony showed off some gta stuff on their recent panel aswell. deals going on, does not mean it is better on ps3...... obviosuly it could be better there, but that isnt nessecarily the reason they show of that version.
Content such as asking developers to create things for those Always online users. So imagine Titanfall and Destiny having more content and gameplay that takes advantage of an always on connection. Discounted DLC, games and exclusive updates.
Those games are multiplayer games, so they already require and always online connection...
If there is a huge increase in always online game, the public will be "eased" into an always online future, wich is better than a hard cut like microsoft intended. Maintaining 2 ways for the concole to work sounds like a hassle.
Someone might have pointed this out already but i didnt read all the replies.
