Is it bad that I totally forgot about Anime Vice and Screened altogether? I'm a little bit curious what's going on with AV, though.

Anime Vice was truly running on fumes when the original Editor-in-Chief was gone. I remember visiting and was quite surprised Tom Pinchuk was still doing stuff for the site but truly AnimeVice is only there cause of the community it built.
Sad to here the site go, obviously I haven't visited since Rorie, Alex and Joey were producing the content but still. I remember the screening room stuff where Matt and Alex watched movies with the community and other members of the whiskey media people being pretty great.
I totally forgot but some of them have some pretty great rifting of movies by Ryan Davis, definitely some content I'm going to revisit.
@i_stay_puft: I haven't played it yet but according to the devs a completionist could spend around 18 hours in the new campaign.
That sounds like a deal for the 15 bucks cost of it. Been reading up and it sounds like the developers put more time on the story and characters in the new stuff. Super tempting right about now but I think I'll wait till more reviews are out before purchasing it.
Looks pretty dope though I've been fooled before with superhero trailers, for example Man of Steel and Watchmen. I trust James Gunn vision so I'm already assuming it will be alright.
I need to go back and watch .hack series again. Kinda wish there was a new series in the vein of the original.
If you're talking about anime wise I thought Sword Art Online was fairly close to .hack for today. It is also kinda crazy to fathom how old that series is but its true. I remember staying up until 11 pm right before adult swim anime block to watch that show back in high school.
Played a little bit of this game the other day and for some reason game seems very generic to me. It's not a bad game and it's free, but it just doesn't do anything for me to want me to come back for more.
