Suddenly, 5 pages of complaints from people that don't own a 3DS. It looks funky, but seriously its a goddamn add on. Its no worse than the E-Reader. Oh wait, none of you got that either, and the GBA still did fine.
hahaha very true, it seems like a lot of concern on how ugly it looks and if its only for monster hunter, how many people here are actually going to buy that...
This is really too bad the game is great. I am still playing it even now. I just wish there was new game + as loosing all your stuffs sucks! but otherwise i can honestly say i am pleasantly surprised with this title. If it had more marketing behind it though i bet it would have been better off
Just change the name to MegaMan Forever and it will come out eventually

Bad PR for Capcom regardless. Twitter/forums probably would have been better off being left alone and just an official statement sent out. That said involving players in the development..... that's a whole other issue that they certainly could have dealt with better. I am sure they could have at least released the prototype in good faith and told the fans of some semblance of information regarding the series in the future.
God, I adore Ugly Americans....but I can't hold that same emotion for a game about it. We'll see what Backbone can do.
Agreed. This could go very very badly or very well depending on how they pull things off. I saw a game play video the other day and it wasn't awfully convincing.
a bit scary to see games going offline after only a year or two. I get it with sports games as rosters update pretty frequently, but that said I can still play some good old Burnout Paradise.
Giant Bomb should start a fundraiser! I'd kick $5 to SWERY. If the Giant Bomb community got a credit in Deadly Premonition 2 (or whatever it'll end up being), that would just one of the most awesome things ever. Gotta dig a guy like that with vision, who isn't painted strictly by genre conventions. This guy will never be bothered to make a "Call of Duty-killer", and he's one of the few who ever will have the luxury. Gotta support stuff like that!
