Two cans of red bull in a row makes me feel like I have both thought what I am thinking, and written what I am writing before I've done either. Kind of throws my entire cognitive system for a loop, and it is not an entirely pleasant feeling. It is, however, a slightly altered mindstate, in which it proves even more entertaining to play Disgaea. An already completely insane storyline takes on faux grandiose overtones, and I find myself grasping at straws, clutching on to the two or three Japanese words I think I know the meaning of, convinced that the game will take so long to complete that there's a chance I might actually aquire a passable understanding of Japanese before the credits roll.

Never got that impression. The guys just have different way of expressing themselves. Spoken as a man who loves to be fake angry at people for dramatic effect.
My view is that it peaked somewhere between `93 and `95. Nas` Illmatic, Wu Tang Clan in full force, Biggie. Didn't listen to 2pac, but I guess he was alright. Those were the days. Baggy shorts, homework, basketball and Amiga gaming.
Listen to the Bombcast with due reverence for those bad dudes, also listen to RebelFM and Geekbox, cause those are fairly laid back, then there's 1up's stuff, which really isn't as interesting after Garnett Lee and that English guy left. Podcast Beyond and Game Scoop from IGN, If I have nothing better to do, the HotSpot from Gamestop. Though those guys sound like they're just em-effin-barassed to be on that show. Yogpod is English insanity, and occasionally hilarious.
It bears mentioning that I listen to a lot of this stuff while driving to work, doing chores, and work out..
Went to this steaming pile of shit with my GF. Only part of it I enjoyed was laughing my ass off at the "sparkles". Man, what a trainwreck. No good lines, no good special effects, no good actors, no good story. Well, I had some popcorn, that was nice.
