I always found the fact that Drake seems like such a cool and likeable person and the goes off and murders hundreds of people to be a little jarring. I get that it's a light hearted game, but I just can't help thinking about it. I think that they should make all of Drake's methods non lethal except in the most desperate of situations, that would make actually killing someone more emotionally impact-full and they could really show it messing with him; creating a much more rich and engrossing storyline while at the same time adding depth to Drake's character.

But no, instead we get witty quips between characters like a normal, affable, non-murderous person would do interspersed with blowing people away like its nothing.

Ya, I made that mistake a while ago, same situation, girl was all over me so I asked if she wanted to continue the party at my place. Didn't go over too well, but at least I gave it a shot. She was fucking gorgeous too, and French, I'm a sucker for that accent.

Mengsk was a great guy when you think about it. Terran governments in Starcraft never seemed exactly stable. But it did seem that Mengsk had created one. And he was protecting people, wasn't he? I hated Jim Raynor cause all he wanted to do was stick it to Mengsk (and maybe free Kerrigan I guess), but that just seemed totally selfish. All he did was weaken the Terrans. And Mengsk was furthermore a great guy cause he told his son how he really shouldn't invade the Zerg homeworld. But his son did anyway, and look how many people died cause of that. I don't know. I guess you can always gather more minerals and build more guys though. With how much people SEEM to be dying in Starcraft, it's amazing that they can replenish their populations so fast to keep going to war like they do.

You hated Jim because he wanted to oust a brutal dictator who was clearly oppressing his people (did you not even play the 1st mission of SC2?).

Hey guys, I think that guy they shot in Libya was a body double, Gaddaffi is clearly hiding somewhere in Giantbomb's interwebs!!

She wasn't enslaved by the Overmind; she became one of them and even an equal. In fact, she became a powerful Zerg. I don't see why she would seek revenge if she was perfectly fine identifying herself as the 'Queen of Blades' and master of the Zerg. She became that way because of Mengsk so, if anything, she should be thankful to him for becoming the Queen, not seek revenge because she lost her humanity. Unless the end of WoL made her regain some of that humanity and in turn reject part of what she became. But then, why would the Zerg ever accept for her to regain her position as Queen?

It's possible to resent someone for making you a monster, and at the same time embrace the power that your new identity gives you.

whelp, this thread just went from creepy to extremely creepy, awesome.

Also, Giantbomb sucks because they don't do every single thing I want them to, and the staff is cool but not as cool as they should be. I like to watch their videos, that I hate and am completely unobligied to do, in order to build up my hatred for life.

Ya, I saw this on the CBC newsite this morning. I've been pretty depressed all day :(

I don't know what I would do if I saw something like that happen. I think I would try to chase down the van driver, I don't think it would end well for him.

I would like to point out that the 360 was around $600 CAD and the PS3 was around $800 when they came out. I'm sure I could buy a 6 year old PC for next to nothing right now, but that would be stupid.

Still looking forward to the CronoTrigger ER, heard it's one of the greatest RPGs and I probably will never play it, so this is good.

I was only planning on getting Skyrim out of those anyway. Well, maybe that and Uncharted.

I find the disparity between BF3 and MW3 amusing, seeing how similar they are.

I make my own tacos, they are indeed an awesome food. Putting in a little lime juice in with the beef is some next level tastiness right there.
