@Jackel2072: It's supposed to be a prequel of sorts. So it's not much of a shock that it looks more prototype-ish. Also, it looks more like the stuff under the steel plates.
Animasta said: I sincerely hope you know it's harder to record a video than it is to put up a story ---- Actually it really isn't. IGN and others have put informative mini-interviews up of CliffyB and others. I kind of expected GB do to a podcast over the weekend, or perhaps show us a few clips from some of the indy games, maybe even show us their panel, and panels never get edited, they go straight up to the interwebs in a matter of minutes. All you defending what amounts to laziness and increased deferrence toward actual gaming jornalism are burying your heads in the sand.
Yeah but it's PAX. PAX isn't for work, it's for play. If other sites want to do coverage that's fine, but Its neat that there's an event where the even professionals can cool their heels and be a participant with the community instead of for it. You want indie coverage? Find an indie focused website, or make some time for PAX your self for one of the (Now) three times a year it arrives.
To be honest I can't think of a single thing this adds to the story of the first game.
Lilith's intentions for framing War in Darksiders are revealed to be attempting manipulate Death into resurrecting the Nephilim so they may serve in the Dark Lords army.
@Heltom92: I thought the story was good enough for what it was. It's Death's story. Not the story of the Apocalypse, not War's Deaths. It's building up to something bigger (with Lillith and the Prince of Darkness, which got slightly more time than it did in the first Darksiders mind you and this conspiracy is what the overall story is for the series) and I'm ok if its doing that by giving me a different character to follow and their journey there.
