At the end of the day, it's a video game system that happens to play netflix too. If I have to update to watch my netflix, I will. I also like playing things like Demon's Souls or inFAMOUS.

Sony's a drag, Microsoft has ludicrous requirements, and if Nintendo actually offered some sort of online product, then it'd be effed up too, I bet.

Ew, just ew. 20 emulated games just to get pooped on for $80 and now missing out on possible a complete hardware playstyle change?

Granted, it's just a possibility, but I hope even the die hard Nintendo fans are finally waking up to seeing what they are cashing in on. Multiple hardware SKUs, colors, ports, and nostalgia. The strongest titles in the system's line up are ports and remakes. Why do folks still jump on this stuff without thought?

This game looks good, and I don't mean this to insult the creators or folks who like it, but not $60 good. I am too trained not to wait for sales except for the massive, must have titles that will glue me to my seat. The next one like that for me will be Skyrim. I want to play this game, and had it been $40, I would have ordered it the very second after the quick look had been watched by me.

Going in with a $60 expectation is a bit much. It's why I nabbed stuff like Deadly Premonition so fast. I have games like Bastion and From Dust hitting my Steam account for $15. It's a different age and game companies have to realize that higher prices do not recoup game costs like low prices do. You're still going to get away with charging $60 for your massive Blizzard, Bethesda, EA, Activision, etc. type games that will sell millions day one. Not with these smaller games that have a niche following but won't throw down $60 on a "what if...?" type title.

I'll be buying it when it's cheaper, but it's either telling of the market we're in or my own frugality.

I have the collection pre-ordered off newegg with free shipping and for $30! So pumped.

Sadly, I think I might be let down because I probably will remember all the patterns to beat the colossi. D:

Still a port system, still crap for battery life, still gimmicky.

Here's hoping the Vita is better. And it's still a better deal for the amount of actual horsepower you get versus cost. Let's hope devs do something with it. Then again, I don't hear about folks like Ken Levine doing anything for the 3DS...
