The local pool/skating rink had WWF WrestleFest which was sweet as well as an old Foosball style hockey game.

I played most of my arcade games at the movie theater (Cruisin USA) or at Putt Putt, the mini golf place (X-men Arcade)

I got the new ps3 headset which is pretty stellar. Got it to play BF3 but it seems like most people don't have a mic anyway so I just shout at people and they can't shout back =)

My girlfriend and I have played Little Big Planet quite a bit although it started to get a little hard for her.

After she saw me play Twilight Princess a few times she started her own game so that might be a good non-coop idea.

I usually start with assault or support and then switch over to engineer temporarily to take out tanks/helis/etc. Enemy tanks seem to love rolling over my landmines =)

I had some connection issues at first and was shit for the first few rounds but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Going from forward to reverse and back again was kinda throwing me off though and I keep holding the triggers to accelerate, a la every other driving game out there.

I'm very excited for this game and was hoping to be playing it right now but the demo doesn't seem to have dropped yet. Anyone know if there's an official time that demos usually show up on the PSN store?

I've got a pre-order for this game not just because I'm really excited for some awesome online car combat but because I don't want to hear Jaffe whining about how it didn't sell enough copies and there's no point in making games anymore. He put his blood, sweat, and tears into the game and I'm very excited to see the outcome of all that work.
