This episode was awesome!  And you guys totally gotta make lunch tomorrow and eat it with Chie!!

Ha ha, I love how someone else finally noticed that Maneki Neko(cat statue thing) in Aiya.

I think having Dave was good, as I felt he did a great job with the I Love Mondays this week and while this episode was a little dry it added to the conversation.

Also work on Expression so you move along Nanakos link, I really haven't done any work and im nearly 40 hours in. All of my money was earned from re-clearing dungeons for their stronger shadows, you earn like 800 yen+ per shadow the money from work is just mere pennies.

And i'd wait until you can re-clear kanjis dungeon before doing the king. You should be able to clear the king and most of Kanji's dungeon besides maybe the final shadow in a single day this will give you loads of money and only require a single day.

Dave's a cool guy and all but three is kind of a crowd, I think. Makes it kind of hard to pay attention to the game.

I think giving advice on how to play the game should be illegal. Let them play and figure it out for themselves, that's part of the fun of watching this.

Even Dangerous Dave described the experience as boring, asking if he'd come in on the wrong day. You know something was dull when a first time watcher found it to be dull.

Of course he found it boring, it was all character stuff and he doesn't know any of the characters.

Don't go to the TV World unless it's raining AND Sun Social Link is unavailable, like on 10th June ... 2011. You'll mess up the Social Links progress. Go to the Dojima residence everyday (not raining) to ask a lady nearby for a Bait for fishing purpose. Fulfilling the Fox quests doesn't cost any time, so you can do it parallel with the Social Links.This is a spoiler, but if you rank up with the Fox (Hermit), you can catch a fish at the Samegawa Flood Plain called Guardian (with Bait) which restores the SP of a party member completely (Diligence needed,e.g you get 5 fishing chances if you have Diligence at level 5, one at level 1). Adequate ammount of Guardians enables you to beat a dungeon within ONE DAY,without paying jack shit to the Fox. I'd suggest to complete the Strength and Sun Social links first and then Chariot, because their final personas are among the strongest (level 90 and 86 (+ a very vital passive skill called Growth 3) and 80). Nanako (Justice social link) is useless, don't bother to rank up, the personas are weak, and their inherited abilities are useless.Same goes for Ryotaro (Hlerophant). Use the Evening slot to raise stats, and then take the tutor job once your Understanding reaches Saintly, you'll open Tower Social Link, WHICH IS VERY VITAL, one Persona of this arcana has the strongest physical attack. As for stats go, go for Academic first. You'll get a huge Social Links boosts of your school-mates (only) plus a very usefull accessoiry , when you have the highest score on the exams. But i'm not imposing , you can progress as you like.

Great episode; the ones with a lot of just hanging out and chilling with the people are the best I think.

I liked having Dave in as a change of pace.  He reminds me of my college friends who would pop in and pick on me while I was playing Final Fantasy, since they played games like Madden.

Also, Kanji isn't really into dudes, he's just confused and his personality and interests conflict and there's a more later that you've already figured out. It was mostly explained in that dungeon you just did :P

I did like how Dave didn't realize this was a PS2 game until the save screen.  Take that graphics whores!

You guys should seriously get something from Atlus.  I'm betting you've single-handedly boosted the sales of Persona 4.  I, like many others, bought a copy after seeing some of these endurance runs and I don't even play RPGs normally.

Awesome work with Kanij's boss yesterday too.  Looking forward to more.

While no fighting went on today, the addition of Dave helped to make this episode awesome.  The explanation was particularly excellent and hopefully they fight the King tomorrow.

Jeez, these just keep getting longer and longer! (not that I'm complaining; this run would have taken a year if they kept doing eps shorter than twenty minutes)

Going back to the dungeon right away isn't really necessary(and you probably need a break from it anyway). Just enjoy the super happy fun time with s-links for now, and be sure to open up Kanji's s-link when it starts being available. You have to talk to some girl in the school who mentions that he's been seen bullying people, then go to the practice building to find him and start the link. The guy's a quote machine, so you won't regret building his link. :P

This was great episode despite what a certain person says, I find the story very interesting and fleshed out.

Wow, I've been watching this run every day so I get what's going on, but hearing you guys explain it to Dave sounds like MADNESS.
