Quick Look: EX: John Daly's ProStroke Golf

I'm still not sold on PlayStation Move or Kinect. I have a Wii...that gathers dust.

Well, this still looks more compelling than Kinect (buttons are useful things) but I have yet to see any games that are actually going to make me buy the product.  For this or Kinect

Obviously not, dip shit. But accidents happen. In case you forgot, the first few weeks of the Wii's release were marred with reports of people doing exactly that. This game specifically asks that you aim the remote at the screen and swing really fast. "

Good god...that dude spent exactly, and I mean EXACTLY a year setting up his first shot. I love QLs, and I pretty much hate QLEXes. 

It looks like fun.  Graphics blow but I guess that's OK. Playstation Move seems like a really interesting product to me. (I know, Wii clone blah blah, I still think its nifty.)

John Daly!!! Normally I don't care about sports games but with a celebrity endorsement like that how can I not break out my golf bats and strike a seven wicket home run try? !

Funny if you are in to golf.

The movement is way too jittery. They need to add a larger dead zone to the motion sensor.

I'm not at all interested in golf games ... but if stance is so important, why aren't the shadows of the legs rendered in first person mode? That would make it easier to the player to see how he's standing.

It would make sense and look a lot less ridiculous than two dismembered arms.

Holy crap that buzzing fly is annoying as hell.

So wtf is with just the shadows of the guys arms?

Does this also feature a hard drinking simulator?

The Move stuff looks OK.  The graphics don't look very good and the audience on the field look like manikins.

Yeah this was pretty boring, Not Ryan's fault but golf is boring.

 Glad to see GB starting to ease into covering the newest hardware upgrades. This was a lot more interesting than I initially thought it would be. For a first take on showing off what the PS move is going to be able to achieve this felt quite informative. Also, as far as golf games go, ProStroke looks like fun - even for someone as oblivious to the real sport as me. 

Kind of wish I had room for the Move when i see this. Alas, I don't live in a fricken mansion.
