You know, Nippon Ichi did gridless TBS. And I'm guessing they're not the only ones. Still, looks good. With some more advanced units and modes this could be quite fun.

looks pretty great actually, hopefully they do up the presenation in the final version, though.

Love the look of the game but don't think I'd get far past the tutorial.

I wish these guys all the luck in the world, as this game looks awesome so far. I certainly would like a version on PSN sooner or later after it is released. Also, I hope the AI is tough and fair, as I usually don't do multiplayer and would love to be able to get a lot of time on this without having to go online (and since I know almost no one that plays video games regularly, I certainly can't do split-screen).

Looks like a must-buy for me.

Wow, I didn't know you were going to have Doctor Detroit visit for a QL EX.

i really hope this comes to psn it looks fun and accessable and my kind of turn based strategy game

Looks awesome. Really looking forward to this now: love the art-style and the simplified turn-based-strategy controls.

This seemed like a very casual QL EX, which i am all for. 
 
I can't wait to see more of this, especially if there's a chance of a PC version.

I'm half-Swedish, so it was pretty fun to hear them slaughter "Julmust". The Christmas elf Father Christmas analogue guy is called Tomte, although I think that also refers to a type of elf folk in general. My mum has a few posters of a whole load of tomten preparing for Christmas. Like a giant family of Father Christmases.

not a fan of most quicklook ex's but this one ain't bad. actually interested in the game now.

It seems like the devs are having a lot of fun. That's always a good sign.

CA-VAL-RY....English language, I know it's a bitch, but you might want to get a handle on it.

How did they get Professor Frink to help with this game!? Seems like he's calmed down a bit too with the nervous ticks.

why are the range circles aligned to the screen rather than the ground? Doesn't make any sense.

This looks like it's going to be an awesome game, can't wait.
Hopefully it will come to PC, since that's where my strategy gaming happens (apart from DS obviously).

This was a great quick look ex. The team making this game seemed chill as hell and on top of that, its a genre that I love. Mad props to them

Is it me, or does one of the dudes sound like Moist from Dr. Horrible? That's awesome!

The fact that they used Shining Force to describe the style of game they made automatically makes them awesome in my book.
 
Looks pretty good. Too bad it's not coming to the PS3 at the moment, otherwise I'd definitely get it.

I really like the art style but the game play does nothing for me.

A taste taste during a quick look? I believe that's unprecedented.  Also, a magical fox who heals? That sounds familiar. 
 
Good QL. I don't really like these types of games but the demo the guys gave at least got me a little interested in it.
