The only two fighting game series that I've played with any seriousness coming together. Extremely interested.

3rd Strike online coming too. No new Darkstalkers though. The new SSF4 Characters won't be revealed until TGS in September. More new costumes as well.

TWO GAMES! Tekken vs SF and SF vs Tekken

Looks like Tekken Vs SF will play like Tekken and SF Vs Tekken will play like SF, no doubt in my mind that SF Vs Tekken will sell more.  Cool news nonetheless.

Two versions: One that plays like Street Fighter, one that plays like Tekken.

Since there are two version coming, I'm more interested in the Capcom version.

I assume that Tekken vs StreetFighter will be 3d and StreetFighter vs Tekken will be 2d. Damn, there are going to be a ton of new fighting games in the next couple of years.

The fact that there are 2 different games makes this pretty cool.
 
Instead of trying to awkwardly mash styles together, they are going to just do it twice.

Yeah, both games play too differently. An SNK/Capcom  crossover made more sense because they had more parallels. At least they're not doing Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter.  "

I'm really interested to see how they adapt the Tekken characters in the street fighter engine and vice-versa.  I need to see more to see if this is a day 1 purchase for me though. 
 
But the good news is, Zangief can finally wrestle with a bear (Kuma) in game for once XD

I'm probably looking forward more to the Tekken style game. I've always prefered Tekken to Street Fighter anyway.

I hear the producers got into a "fight" on the stage. I wish I was there to hear them swear at each in Japanese.

Cool, although I was kind of hoping for a Namco vs Capcom fighting game (there was a title by that name released in Japan for PS2 but it was an RPG or something). Would have been cool to see some Tales or Soul Calibur characters thrown into the mix along with some Darkstalkers or Rival Schools (I miss that series ; ;).
