An attempt at a comedy script, at least based on that one line.

Man, I'm interested in getting this. But because of the date it's coming out, it just won't happen. By the time I have money once again to buy it, there'll be other things out there, which interest me more.

what the hell. did they just make that whole thing into a movie trailer. They even did the thing where after they show u the title they show something funny, granted "i think u should go on a diet", not that great. but then again im a sucker for anything that looks like it has a awesome story and now cant wait to use the force to pick up girls.lol

This is my biggest problem too. I really want this game so bad as despite the Crystal Chronicles games many problems I am a huge fan of the series. Its just the release date is so awful I am not sure when I will ever be able to get it.

It kinda feels like it's some 90's saturday morning cartoon, a bad one. Which I can sort of appreciate in a "so bad it's terrible" sort of way.

The character designs are awful and make me want to hang off a ledge...then...let go or something..Ahh.
I can't even tell what the enemy things are...it's just a bunch of copper swimming pixels.

Having not even so much as seen gameplay from any Crystal Chronicles games since playing the original, this is not what I expecting.
 
This seemed like a trailer for some bad summer action movie.

Its Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, they don't have to have a party system =P Traditionally those games are 1-4 players, based on how many friends you have lol. (although the newest one had npc players in the party if you wanted)
 
Anyways though, i'm actually pretty excited for this game, since they announced it like 4 years ago its been a long time coming. I've seen some of the other trailers and it looks really good, they are using the wii motion controls in interesting ways, not just as a dumb gimmick. 
 
I think this will be one of the very few wii games I will be buying next year

The combat looks more interesting than most JRPG's with it's "not gravity gun" combat. However the story could come from a 90's saturday morning cartoon as someone said.

such a cheesy fuckin line to end that trailer on. the game will sale half as many copies because of that. seeing as its a Wii game, then it just shot down to 25k. thats about average for a 3rd party wii release right?

In my opinion, this looks a lot more "Final Fantasy" than any of the recent ones in the main series do, especially XIII.  The universe in the Crystal Chronicles games has always been really interesting, in my opinion and having a more story based version of it seems like a good idea.
 
Honestly more excited for this than I am for XIII.  This may be cheesy and even a little silly, but it at least stays away from the typical melodrama and emotional BS.
 
(although I agree that this trailer is done in an awful style and makes it look more like a summer blockbuster movie than the game.  I'd at least recommend you look at some actual gameplay footage of the game).
