I still use it to weigh myself daily—the day-by-day tracking is really useful. For my sake, though, the exercises it offers are too low-intensity; I'd never lose any weight playing them regularly. I only do them once in awhile and do other things instead.
I haven't picked it up yet. I'm gonna wait and see if more games I would like our made for it. I'm banking on a new Punch Out that would utilize the Balance Board.

there will be a wii "boxing fitness game" that will use the balance board and the wiimote+nunchuck in the same time. cant remember what it was called though...
I stopped after dropping 10 kg (22 lb) and have since put back on 5 kg. Kind of speaks for itself. Mmmmmm, I must get back on it.
The good thing about it is simply that it becomes the central point of losing weight and gaining some fitness. It isn't the be all and end all and it wasn't intended to be. Plus, the mini games are largely a lot of fun.
