Frank Boles was a corrupt, violent security guard at Arkham Asylum. He regularly assisted the Joker with his criminal actions, Frank usually takes host gambling parties in the asylum. Frank also keeps a flask on him, so that he can drink on the job.
Warren White thought he had scored a legal victory when his insanity plea went through. But when he got to Arkham Asylum, he realized his mistake; driven insane by the other inmates, he was disfigured after an encounter in Mr. Freeze's cell that left him without hair, a nose, or lips. Harleen Francis Quinzel is a former doctor at Arkham Asylum, and the Joker's accomplice and lover in the Batman universe. She is known for her Jester-like aesthetics, childish behaviour, and psychotic devotion to the Joker. She is best friends with Poison Ivy.

Professor Hugo Strange is a comic book supervillain in the DC Comics universe. He is one of Batman's recurring villains.
Humphry Dumpler, a large, portly, well-mannered man, is obsessed with putting broken things back together again, even if he has to take them apart. Obese and bald, Dumpler was nicknamed "Humpty-Dumpty" for his egglike form.
Once Wayne's childhood friend, Hush is now one of his greatest foes. Elliot was born into a wealthy family, like Bruce, but unlike Bruce, Hush hated his parents. Like Batman, Hush honed his skills to a point of almost superhuman qualities. He is an expert marksman, surgeon, and hand-to-hand combatant.
James Gordon is the Police Commissioner of Gotham City. Despite Batman's dubious methods of law enforcement, Gordon co-operates and assists him, allowing his crusade on crime to proceed unabated. He is also the father of Barbara Gordon AKA Batgirl (and Oracle)
