You know that quad would be cool in a game like Far Cry 2 but...unfortunately, the quad leaves you completely exposed to GOD DAMN FUCKING SHITS THAT ARE SHOOTING AT YOU EVERY 2 FUCKING SECONDS! Oh, sorry.

A Crossbow could be interesting.... It's just a shame that the game itself is kind of boring.

a silenced shot gun? wtf?!?!? a shotgun is an IN YOUR FACE wepon, just mere seconds before it blows your face off, Silencing one would seem to go against nature, against god, hell it goes against CHUCK NORRIS!

Besides, the only use i see for any of that is the places you can reach by climbing on that truck.
Crossbow is cool, i must admit. But why? i have a dart rifle that does the exact same with propably more range.

This is the bad side of downloadable content for me, Far to early to be extra content they have made after the game as pointed out. I think it is sad when companies either have a deadline or want to release a game at a period of time and choose to cut content rather then finish them and balance them into the game and then say "hey look here EXTRA!! content for ya, please give us $10 more."

For me this feels like you are paying them for not finishing the game, GTA's new content is new and extra content and extra maps for multiplayer like in Halo etc is all fine, but if you come out with some weeks after a release you should have put them in the game and it is totally wrong for that company to stick a price tag on that.

Damn... I really wanted to try out the silenced shotgun (a'la No Country for Old Men) on the PC. Not that I find this DLC worth 10 bucks however.

Yeah ok thanks Brad, i knew PC DLC is pretty much non-exsistant, so i had a feeling it wouldnt, but i thought perhaps this time it would be different, it sucks because i could really go for that new content!

Who knows, maybe months after this DLC released, they put it out on the PC for free. I highly doubt it.

I thought the same thing, Stan. Looks like someone at Ubisoft has seen No Country for Old Men a few times. It'll be interesting to see if it makes the same sound Chigurh's did. Man the sound of that gun freaks me out. In an awesome way, of course.

i love far cry,  the silenced shotgun sounds so awesome,  i dont think i have seen one in a game  ( and yes i know there probably has been  but i havnt played it)

or the other alternative is for developers to skip a PC DLC version and then everyone else skip the 360 DLC so this microtransaction crap can be sent back to where it belongs.

I remember when developers put their money into large expansion packs instead of trying to suck the cash out of people for a handgun and rearranged map furniture.

But as long as people pay money to support this lame and lazy business crap they'll keep trying to push it further and further until the only thing you get in the retail box is the installer.

man, who would want a silenced shotgun. I ALWAYS want to hear that satisfying sound when I smoke fools in the face. A crossbow sounds cooler, but I wouldn't pay $10 for that stuff.

Instead if DLC they should be sending out a free patch to fix all the stupid shit in the game like no fast travel, getting attacked CONSTANTLY, and a handful of other things that made me stop playing the game and has frustrated other people as well.

I haven't played the game, but that DLC is terrible for costing 800 G.
