According to a friend of mine with a music studio, this happens all the time, organisations will target known locations such as business parks because they can practically guarantee a worthy haul.

The E3 Bombcast are by far my most anticipated part of E3 every year. So glad everybody is well and hope they were able to sleep it off.

To be fair, they do admit to trying to find the slimiest place in LA to record there Live shows. Looks like that bit them in the ass. Such a bummer.

i keep wondering what they have to name themselves/refer to their party as when they go on flights and such. never sure if they actually discussed it or anything.

I think the thing that pisses me off the most about this is totally not that we didn't get a liveshow. the thing that sucks most to me is that i cant help but shake the feeling that this happened because some group of particularly non-cool people heard about your video location on the podcast or something and "datamined" their way into where your stuff would be. knowing your hectic schedule during the day and when you would be gone, they would be able to snatch your stuff easily. maybe this is irrational, or a little conspiracy-theorist of me, but i just can't shake the feeling.

i hate that someone would take advantage of how open and transparent the giant bomb crew is about their process and all the behind-the-scenes stuff it takes to run this site. I hate that they would use this information to steal from you. to steal from your community. i especially hate that, if it comes to light that i am right, it might necessitate you lose some of that transparency to protect your safety and your stuff. that would be a huge loss, from this duder's perspective.

That really, really sucks. :( My dad had a break-in about a year ago and it just leaves you with a really rotten feeling in your gut.

I hope they'll be able to do some streams this week, but I'll be sticking around Giant Bomb for E3 coverage regardless.

Have the duders sent Tom Nook out to recover this stuff? He is relentless.
