so Whiskey Media World Tour, huh...

Towards the end of this week's NDX/Bombcast, Jeff said we'll be getting news this week on the long-planned Whiskey Media World Tour (don't think he said Whiskey or just Giant Bomb specifically; i'm assuming it will be a Whiskey thing). He also said that they will be traveling across 3 continents.

So probably various US states, Europe and Australia, right? For Europe, i hope they don't just go to London. Sweden probably makes sense, as we seem to have lots of Scandinavian users.

Chicago better be one of the stops

There are alot of swedish users on Giantbomb, me being one of them, so I hope they do something in Sweden, luckily I live close to Stockholm so I'm on board

If they came to Hong Kong, I'd be utterly thrilled. I'd be so excited that my monocle may just pop out. 
 
Buuuut, sadly I see little to no chance of that happening.

This may be conjecture, but I'm sure the biggest region outside the Americas was the U.K, followed by Australia. But as I say, I may be wrong. Sure I saw some sort of bar graph though at some point.

Unless they happen to be right outside my front door, I doubt I'd make the effort to travel to this event.

The UK will be the place in Europe they go to, without question. I'd like it to be somewhere quiter then London though, travelling and getting a hotel in London is a lot of money these days.

Man I'm in Canada but even if they did come I'm stuck in Newfoundland.

They should just go to all 50 states.

I haven't finished the bombcast, but the phrase "whiskey media world tour" sounds jocular in nature. 

Uk, specifically somewhere in England would be amazing!

 It would be cool if they did come to London, pretty easy for me to travel there. Does the podcast say what this world tour will actually involve (haven't got around to listening to latest podcast yet)

A speaking tour would make sense, $50-$100 a ticket in a decent sized halls in various cities.. profit and good exposure... 
Giantbomb & Tested already don't go to enough conventions imo so if they can raise some money this way I think it is a good idea.

This is so weird, last night I dreamed that I met Ryan Davis and I was being such a jerk.

GB often comes to my city (vegas) but I'm a college student and have to be in class while they're here, so no luck :P
