I knew a guy named Matt Kenzler in the fourth grade. I just looked him up because I thought his last name was Kessler.

Yo, I went to college with a guy named Matt Kessler, and the Matt in the Splint Second TNT sounded suspiciously like him. 
 
At the same time, that kid would have just finished his junior year last week, so how would he have gotten an intern gig at Giant Bomb in that span of time...

I doubt he has relations with this guy?

Former moderator and regular duder on the forums. Ran a podcast called "Bomb Should Have A Face" for awhile.

MattBodega has been a user on the site for a long time.  He is the former host of the Bomb Should Have A Face community podcast, as well as a long-time contributor to the site.  He is now an intern over at Whiskey Media (and especially for Giant Bomb it would seem). 
 
His real name is Matt Kessler. 
 
That's the reason for the two different names...I would assume.
