Dude, if you have been paying attention you would have figured out that he has barely played the game. I myself started it today and am full aware that I won't be able to finish it for some time. I am debating whether or not I can even properly put it on my list if I haven't played that much of it.

Killzone was pretty weak, he stated he wasn't really feeling Infamous and he isn't a big fan of fighting games. As for Dragon Age, he has played very little if any of it.

Its just that some games... like punch out and that rabbit game... nvm. everyone has the right for their own personal taste. Just thinks its weird how he included Fallout 3 instead of DAO, I mean what did he play then in 2008? he never even tried F3? "

So you find it weird that a person didn't include a game in their top 10 that they barely played.

You are aware that Bethesda released a huge load of Fallout 3 DLC this past year, right? "

yes, I downloaded them and got all achievements, however DLC in F3 over DAO? no, I wouldnt recommend it at all. "

Well, it's his top 10.  He also included DJ Hero and FEAR 2, good games that a lot of people probably aren't going to have on their top tens.  That's why it's individual and not a reflection of gaming as a whole.

because this site is anti pc and pro consoles and the pc version is better. That game isn't going to win any awards because of that. I'm only joking, i'm making stuff up. :D

I'm gonna give props to Ryan for the list simply for the Wii love. Punch-Out!! and Rabbids Go Home aren't gonna be on many top 10 lists this year and they could use some notoriety.

Like everyone else already said, few of the GiantBomb staff have made significant enough progress in Dragon Age to include it in any GOTY lists.

They're a small staff and they can't play everything... so they made Dave do it.

NO he didn't. Yes his opinion is valid. I bet $1 Vinny has DA:O on his top 10 list. Dave will rep it without a doubt.

DA:O will probably end up being a "2010's 2009 game of the year" contender, seeing as most of the staff will probably end up playing it next year like they did with fallout 3 and Fable II.

Well may be because it kind of sucked there where so many things missing that should have been included , like a place to keep your stuff (and not charging for it as DLC) and the ability to queue your moves and that of your parties , would have made battles play out that much more smoother and more enjoyable . The shitty balancing of characters , this is a game for magic user all the way they are super powerful some would say too powerful .  But that is just my opinion on that game , blah I can't wait for mass effect 2 .

It's just his opinion, and he said so himself that he didn't play every game released this year.

If Dave gets to do a list; it'll definately be included.
 
It'll probably appear on Vinny's list also.
