This is becoming the new theory and even high ranking officials are thinking this. It's reported that there is black holes and time warps deep in the ocean surface that allow aliens to warp and visit us.

I actually am someone who is really interested in UFO phenomenon, this theory is a neat idea, but I don't really think it's all that possible. You think by now we would have found something under the ocean as extraordinary as "UFO submarine bases".

Look there are over 48 different species of aliens visiting our planet all the time.  The black holes aren't for time warping, they're for pandimensional travel.  Also Abraham Lincoln was an alien sent here to destroy us, but the good aliens took the form of John Wilkes Booth and stopped him before his nefarious plans could be completed.  Also, I stopped taking my anti-psychotic medication about 3 weeks ago but I feel great!!

It's an interesting idea to ponder, but nothing more than that. I believe there is other intelligent life somewhere out there, but the evidence isn't strong enough to support that we've been visited, let alone if there are secret time warps in our ocean.
