Deep water. There's a scene in Tomb Raider: Legend where you see very sudden movement when you're swimming in an underwater cave that totally didn't help. Anyone know it?
Does P.E count? It's not that I don't like physical activity, it's just that I don't want to be forced to lift weights for weeks on end in a way that is both stressful and causes immoderate soreness. If that doesn't count... I don't know. I think I'm currently at or near the top of my class. Science I guess? Perhaps that's just reliant on my teacher's constant use of boring-ass powerpoints.
On the flip side, I love writing, so Social Studies and English are my favorite. Except that SS is taught by a quasi-libertarian and my English class is chock full of people who are full of themselves. I just do all of my quality writing in the newspaper, of which I'll be EIC next year.
@CyborgDuo: She was the rich, serious, strict, tight ass character. Take that how you will. As for me, I always compare myself to Jabba the Hutt every time I look in the mirror, but that's about it.
That's not much of a shock. I have to admit, I think I'm all of those things... minus the rich. I'm also heavily involved in my student council, and that may be a part of it.
Hey guys, I know there is a lot of buzz surrounding Diablo III, but I've never really seen the appeal of it. Can you guys tell me what you love about the Diablo series and why you're excited for III? And should I stay away if I'm turned off by heavily stat-driven games? I LOVED Dark Souls, but that's an entirely different game and its seems like it's a lot more engaging than what I've seen of Diablo.
I think I've decided, from both this thread and all of the Mass Effect shit, that I'll stop reading threads I potentially care a lot about. Both the hype machine and preemptive bashing tends to tint my enjoyment of things. It's similar to my new habit of not looking at any reviews of movies I'm interested in until after I've seen them. See you later, duders!
