@stonyman65: A grand jury's function is essentially to find probable cause within a case. Their job is to simply investigate and determine if there is any evidence that points to wrong-doing and then indict/press charges. This particular case stands out because grand juries almost always indict except when police officers are involved. There is a gap between what a grand jury should be doing and what they do do when cops are the subject.
Also there are some who think the way the grand jury was conducted was done incorrectly. In most cases, Wilson would have gone to trial and that's where they weigh all the evidence and decide if he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
