At least half the time! Before it was always self doubt, like maybe I don't remember what I think I do (a movie, game, comic, etc.) and I don't wanna correct or act like I know something and be proven wrong. Lately its been more fear of being misunderstood, political climate has it so you can't disagree with ANYTHING even a little or you're a fascist, racist, nazi, leftist, rightist, homophobic gay, smarty pants idiot, etc. Like, you can't do anything right. I almost didn't post this but I feel like Giant Bomb is a safe enough space to make this observation.

We have more than enough "remastered HD Deluxe All-Inclusive Money-Grab" editions of games we've played before. Lets move forward for the most part and only remaster the legendary games that are either really out-dated or that aren't available anymore: Final Fantasy 7, Metal Gear Solid, ChronoTrigger....I can't think of anything else which would be served by a modern 3D graphics HD upgrade. I'd really rather move forward to get NEW legendary games than replay games I already have from my 360 or PS3.

I loved the survival levels in Modern Warfare 3 but the story won't have the same impact this long afterward or by replaying it and we have Advanced Warfare or Ghosts for multiplayer so it just seems like a waste of resources.

I bought this during the big indie sale a couple weeks ago and finally hopped on to give it a whirl and unless I'm missing something it's local vs. only? No online mode? Not even a trainer against the game itself?

I may have totally missed the point of this game and it kind of bums me out. Anyone else got anything to say about being able to play this game if I don't have someone on the couch next to me?

@nightriff: I keep trying to add the rss address to PodcastAddict on my android and it's not working, never asked for my username and password. Any ideas of a way to make it work?

I don't mind the commercials so much (it's kind of funny actually) but missing out on Dan and his Dad Christmas Podcast bums me out...who knows what other premium content I'm paying for and not listening to!

In this order to get started (you are destined for failure as you have TWO Witcher games, Fallout 3 GotY, and Just Cause 2....HUGE GAMES):

1)Limbo because it's fast and a good warm up without breaking you too quick
2)Dead Space 2 because it's fairly quick and fun to cleanse the palate
3) Walking Dead....you know why and it's all true
4) Portal 2 to again wash the palate and get into a more humorous and fun mood
5) You're on your own but you're making good progress by this point!

@slag: Have you played ZHP? I'm thinking it might be up your alley. It's about as bizarre a game as NIS has ever made, and that's saying something, but the gameplay is really pretty great.

@superwristbands: You know, you're kind of right. The concept seems way more out there than what the videos are showing. Then again, this is NIS we're talking about, so I fully expect to cringe and delight in turns at its lunacy.

I had never heard of this game but saw it on the ad for Gamestop, read the info blurb they have there, and knew I had to come make sure SOMEONE on GiantBomb was aware of this thing. Worried about it being crazy? Fear not! Check this quote out: "Featuring off the wall armor, weapons, and more. Want tank treads for legs? Or maybe race car legs instead? Well, there you go!"

So, yeah it's going to be a level of nuts I don't personally encounter very often. Enjoy!

It used to be Speilberg but he's gone more into the historical than the fantastical, which isn't bad but just not his FULL potential for creativity in my book.

However, Baz Luhrman has captivated me since he made "Romeo + Juliet". The way he frames the picture, the songs and sound he chooses, and the quick cut style that's like a goofy Zach Snyder in a way is just bewitching to my eyes. That guy's movies aren't always the best films but they always look amazing. The use of the kind of bleached out sandy beaches in "Romeo", the surreal guys climing the wall in "Moulin Rouge", and for the love of God the overblown parties in "The Great Gatsby" (which, FYI, is also the best movie released this year so far and likely to be the rest of the year)....you can't look away! It's just amazing!

I was on the fence given the short time between this and GTA5 but SR2 Shaundi and now Johnny G. both is enough that I'm heading to GameStop after work tomorrow to pre-purchase this mofo
