I understand, and quite well from what I can recollect, the human body and how it functions and what it was made to consume, and I do think the "saving animals" idea PETA has going is stupid if you know basic (like 101 basic) Ecology, but I feel that if I'm going to contribute to the human nature of harming animals, may as well look and feel good doing it, eh?

Narcissistic, sure, but I feel better intestinally and mentally after eating a meal of beans, corn, some fruits and a salad rather than eating a 12 oz. steak and side-fries. Saying you eat vegetarian for weight is a little too ignorant of a statement, as well, but one aspect of your physical well-being is your mental well-being, so if I feel better after eating salads than meat then I should naturally be skinnier and healthier. Well, that's obviously not just a single-factor problem, but I'm rambling at this point. To clear that all up, I think you should eat either way at this point, or just go omnivorous if you're so inclined, just don't be an idiot when eating straight-up vegetarian.

People that seem to think they have a moral high-ground if they go vegan or veggie are idiots and PETA is an abomination of something that is simply a dietary concern. Speaking of which, and not so tangentially, did anyone in the PETA Advertisement Dept. ever go to any school involving an Economics or Biology class? Or even an Eco. 101 as I said earlier? Whatever, I digress...don't be an idiot on either end of the spectrum.

It happens on both consoles.

Watched a live stream of the 360 version...froze in the same ways roughly 10 times. Having played the PS3 version, it does the same type of freezes. Rockstar dropped the utility ball on this damn thing.

Let them decide. If Jeff and Vinny hadn't done the DP ER, I could have seen a P3P ER...though Vinny beat the original already (or at least played some of it). Another brick wall in the face is the whole PSP part...

I could easily see a P5 ER in 2011/12 or whenever its released. Though, the magic of the first is and will always be gone, so if they do do one for P5 it will most likely be like the DP one; uninspired and dreary.

@Zero_:  Well, could you imagine 1-2 of two dudes talking about a game they both really liked and who agree upon the various pros and cons of the game? As much as I love the game, that would be a BORING ass podcast. They would run out of things to talk about ten minutes in, and it'd then be repetitive jokes about Chie, Bufu, their weird distaste for the last two characters, and everyone "getting bent."

Jack Wall, Harry Gregson Williams, Akira Yamaoka, Daisuke Ishiwatari, but most notably:

Shoji Meguro. Goddamn, I can never get enough of the Devil Summoner, Digital Devil Saga, Persona 2/3/4, etc. soundtracks. The vocal tracks he co-composes with Reiko Tanaka are also friggin' fantastic. 'Never More' and the orchestral version of 'Memories of You' come to mind. Don't even get me started on 'Brand New Days'...fantastic J-pop. Possibly my favorite modern composer.

Realize that this is a government branch. an arm of a military. I'm almost positive that if the government needed refurbished devices from a company like Sony, they'd be more than happy to comply, for a fee.

I mean Sony may be making dumb moves (that OS option not being one), but they know that this could lead to a couple extra dollars from these types of situations.

I'm just excited that whenever I decide to try out Mac OS X I can test out some games.

And, Portal's rad.

As I said in teh topic, I'm having trouble with running CoP on my PC, which is just fine in terms of performance to run CoP (but what isn't, from the past 5 or so years?), and I keep getting a bug report about the XRay Engine not working. I attempted to fix that, but had to restore to an earlier point, because my miniscule knowledge of code ruined my download.

Keep in mind I run in 1024x960 res and am running the Steam version. I have installed the latest drivers for everything.

Am I just going mad, or is there compatibility issues?

Thanks for any help.

Best bad game? Some might argue, but Koudelka for the PS1. The game is supposedly the precursor to Shadow Hearts, and it has that crazy setting style, but it combines horror elements of a good Stoker/Lovecraftian style with a mildly broken and boring SRPG. I could never get past the beginning because it was weirdly hard, but because I didn't quite understand what I was doing then (I might have been 8 or so) maybe I'll go back and try it again.
