The weather outside is awful, so I'm spending the day inside cleaning. This is most fortuitous. Thanks man!

I haven't enjoyed a DMC game since the first one unfortunately. I enjoyed the more puzzle-y Resident Evil style game it was over the combo-based game it has become.

@jonny126: Yeah it's been driving me crazy too. I keep trying to dig through the GB wiki but so far nothing jumps out at me.

I wish I still had this game. The co-op was awesome. But like Jeff said in some podcast somewhere, DLC would have been much appreciated.

Okay, so my girlfriend told me of a game that she used to play and I was hoping to track down a copy of it for her birthday. However, she can't remember the name of it, when it came out, or even what console it was on. So, let me break down her description of it to you fine folks on Giant Bomb and lets see if we can't figure this out...

1. It's overhead perspective.

2. It's co-op (shared screen).

3. It involves zombies.

4. It's wave based, almost like each round is a puzzle (as she put it).

5. You have to funnel the zombies through certain gates and doors, in order to thin the herd so you can actually survive.

6. It's at least 6 years old by her calculations. It's most likely PS2/Xbox era (but I wouldn't rule out EARLY 360/PS3).

So, does anyone have any guesses? I am personally stumped. It's not anything I ever played.

@s10129107: I'm fairly certain Crystal Dynamics is now owned by Square Enix. What if... what if Square Enix made the next Legacy of Kain game? I've wet myself.

So I love Legacy of Kain. Plain and simple. However, I never played these games on the PC. Now that Soul Reaver 1 and 2 and Defiance are available on Steam (and currently 50% off) I think I must own these games again. HOWEVER, does anyone know if the PC versions of these games are any good? Are they just bad ports? Or maybe they are the way these games were meant to be played?

I am the same way. I end up just crying about it, then the salty solution of my tears cleans it away. That last part isn't true.

I was in the same boat as you (only girlfriend instead of wife) and I ended up getting Dungeon Siege 3. Unfortunately neither of us enjoyed it and there it sits on my shelf, collecting dust.
