If I remember correctly, the reason for Australia being in in the "North Americas" is that they originally were lumped in with Asia, which didn't work out since Australians like to: a) chat in English b) not be bested by the Koreans.
Ironically, this is the first time I'm glad that battle.net is split into regions, as us Europeans seem rather unaffected by all this (directly, at least).
IRNNN BRUUUU is one of my earlier memories, probably because it just came out in Norway before this podcast. Sadly, IRN BRU didn't penetrate the Norwegian market.
Also, the part where they talk about LOST in that episode is pretty good.
TES 4: Oblivion. I have bought that game four times: first for the Xbox 360, then when the Xbox stopped reading the disk I assumed it was something wrong with the disk and bought another copy (it turned out to be the Xbox that was wacky). Then I ended up buying the game another time for the PC, for the mods and such. Lastly I bought the game on Steam last year, because a) I didn't have the game on Steam, b) because it came with the expansions, and c) because it was dirt cheap.
The fun part? I probably played it the most on that first copy. Also, I've got two of them septims!
Anyhows, I don't know a thing about shake-weights, but I have tried a similar sort of thing called the PowerBall (registered tradmark, and so on). (It's basically a ball with a gyro-thingie in it.) I think that these things are fun for a little while, but the novelty will wear off.
I would say you should just get some good old-fashioned dumbbells, and add in some bodyweight exercises. And do look into cardio as well. Remember: Just do it. Swoosh.
