some interesting choices, some really bad choices and some disturbing choices here. anyone who does not get pumped up by "Chocolate Rain" and nothing else is clearly not a 2007-era internet nerd, and has no place here, so piss of. also, anything by College or Futurecop! is acceptable.

i love Dragon Age, so i must recommend it. if your interest in AC is in the the setting of AC3 then i can't say i would push toward the prior entries. however, i have greatly enjoyed each of those games, i think they are definitely worth a shot, based on how much i like them. none of these series are FPS in any way (which is also a genre i don't enjoy) so you won't find any roadblocks in that sense.

encyclopedia brown? i vaguely recall a tv show, but not a movie, as far as i know. the books are actually from much before my childhood, but my mother gave them to me, so i had a big obsession with them.

i've always had a certain respect for people who have decided to do this and can carry it through. i always intend to do this with game and/or movie series, but never find myself able to do it for whatever reason. good for you, duder. have fun.

wow... i honestly don't remember what exactly happened during my one ME2 play through. i don't recall any major deaths, but i can't say for certain. also, i didn't have any DLC when i played (although i might acquire and play it before playing ME3), so people mentioning a Zaeed character... i don't recognize that, and assume it was DLC. so, in answer to the original question: i might be picking up a perfect run, or might not. not sure. and really don't care. from what i have read about the game, i have some hope that what is in ME3 won't be hugely dependent on the minor aspects of what has been imported from a prior save. that is kind of the beauty of the series. every person's experience can be different, but the main deal is pretty static, and doesn't require multiple play throughs to understand what the main plot is.

haven't used it yet and don't anticipate doing so unless something drastic about my gaming habits change, or i grow worried about the stability of my (relatively new) 360.

hopefully this idea will be quashed when people realize how stupid it is.

- the combat systems in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are choppy, over-stylized and not very enjoyable.

- Bastion is way overrated.

@TheHT: yes. Ezio was clearly involved in some fashion.
