Doesn't look any better, just different. Only thing really upgraded is the chat,netflix, and install to HD. Oh yeah and the Mii 360's  but whatever on that one.

But they have commented on the record that they are ready and will have no problems.  Hmm.

It looks quite good, but judging by that video, I still prefer the old Dashboard. The Xbox Mii's look alright, but there doesn't seem to be much options of clothing or features to choose from.

Best part is being able to play your games from the HD

I actually didn't mind the concept of Avatars, but now that I'm seeing them in these preview videos, they seem pretty awful.

I don't mind cartoony characters in something like Rock Band because you can associate a style with the character that is an acceptable representation (eg. Rock, Metal, etc)  These Avatars seem awful because of the annoying cutesy animations that don't seem to be affected by the Avatar's appearance or any other variable.

I don't think of my 360 as a "cutesy" system.  Plastering these Avatars everywhere is going be be obnoxious.

I'm really loving the new changes.  At the same time, i'm really easy to please, and customization on ANYTHING makes me really like it.  Although it looks like i'm going to finally have to save up for one of those 120 gb harddrives :(    I wish they were cheaper.

I love the new look, and I am getting Netflix.

Why would people want to not have this?! It a big improvement over the shitty dated blade system and it sounds like the ones who "supposedly" have a 360 and don't want this update are probably just sony fanboys

I'm actually fine with the update.  The only thing I care about is performance, pretty much - since that seems to be vastly improved, I'm all for it.
