Folks, let me be frank: I don't have a lot of hope for 2019. We won't fix the environment before it kills most of us, we won't sort out Brexit unless we figure out how to move all the racists out of the country and into the ocean, we won't fumigate the White House of its traitorous roach problem, we're not going to handle the extreme wealth inequality crushing the lower classes with debt without bringing back guillotines, and I certainly won't be seeing any manner of personal or professional growth over the next twelve months if my current mental state has anything to say about it.
However, I do have a list of video games that I'll possibly play at some point and... hey, maybe that's enough. Actually, no it isn't, not by a long shot, but I'm making a list of shame for 2019 anyway because how else am I going to deal with reality? Confronting it head on? No thanks.
Wait... that's way too negative. OK, how about this: Hey, we're all going to die! jeez, mental note to never make these things on January 1st. Let's just move onto the list:
As per usual, we're "bwck" once again with the BWC system:
I've also included a little aspiration booster for each item by way of an accolade it won from the site, its staff, or its community. If that doesn't get me excited to play them, not much else will.
Curious about previous Lists of Shame? You're a strange one, but here they are: 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013.
